The Customer Success Managers are responsible for a portfolio of customers who use Marin for their search marketing; training them on the platform, providing them with strategic guidance and advice, daily recommendations on their campaigns, and looking at opportunities for which we can grow their business across the Marin Platform.
Our Customer Success Manages have a proven track record in search engine marketing, a passion for online advertising, and seek to work in a position combining client services, training & account management, strategy and up selling the Marin solutions across the clients businesses.
Key Responsibilities include:
Be the primary contact and advocate for approximately 50 Marin clients Become an expert on all things Marin and become the trusted marketing advisor to each of your customers Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal Drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage Work as part of the team to develop strategies for scale and growth
Experience & Traits required:
– You must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking German
– 1-2 years Search experience with a sales or account management team, preferably in a startup, agency or fast growth environment
– Experience working with a combination of business owners, search teams and agencies
– A verifiable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals
– A firm grasp of how business works, including sales, consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
– Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability to effectively drive a phone conversation
– Passion for Digital Marketing along with phenomenal organizational skills
– The ability to thrive in a fast
– Experience with Shopping/Social/Display and/or strong excel/GA knowledge a huge benefit.
